How We Approach a Remodel
We start with your home
Many Royal Oak homes date from the 1940s to the 1960s. Before talking about finishes, we look at the structure, wiring, plumbing and permits, because those decide what your project really involves.
We tell you what we find
If something changes the scope or the price, you'll hear about it from us, along with your options.
We do things properly
That means pulling the permits your project needs, scheduling inspections and following the rules that apply to older homes.
We keep it simple
You'll get a written estimate you can understand and one point of contact for your questions.
